Newsletters

The "Homesteader" has a name that mirrors the neighborhood's name. The publication's moniker was the result of a neighborhood-wide contest ending in December 2003, when Christine Heinke's submission was chosen. The Homesteader is published quarterly in February, May, August, and November.

Submissions
Newsletter articles and advertisements are due on the last day of January, April, July, and October. You may submit articles via email.

Commercial advertisements will be considered for publication in The Homesteader on a first come, first served basis, space permitting. Commercial ad rates are listed below and apply to any person or entity that has a business license for the service or product being advertised.
